MANUFACTURING PROCESS :
The process involves collection of milk from various sectors of Village, Town and City. All the collected milk is supplied to K M F and testing process is carried to know the flat, quality of milk. Based on quality of milk is divided. Milk is pasteurized less than 100*c and stored in large tanks (1000 to 6000 lit. of tank). According to the requirement milk is used to produce the product like PANEER, CURDS, CHOCOLATES …, if excess of liquid milk remains then it is converted in milk powder. After the product produced testing is carried out to know the quality of the product. Finally, the entire product is packed by automated machines in some cases peoples also used for tool exchanges, shifting of finished product, to shift the operation carried on machine, to place the product correctly.

This industry makes cookies, crackers, ice cream cones, and similar bakery products. Major companies in the US include Kellogg’s US Snacks Division, Mondelez International, Pepperidge Farm, and Snyder’s-Lance; other leading firms include ARYZTA (Switzerland), Britannia Industries (India), Parle Biscuits (India), United Biscuits (UK), and Want Want Holdings (China).
Students discussed the following with shop supervisors :
MANUFACTURING PROCESS :
The process involves the melting of chocolate in chocolate preparation unit, which is maintained at a temperature of 36-40⁰c and then molding process is done, cooled and conveyed to gems blower machine where it attains a proper shape, after that coloring is done via automated coated machine along with sugar coated process. And then it is sent to polishing and shorting division where to get a good shine and shape of gems. And then finally, it is checked and packing process is done by candy wrapping machine.

Entrepreneurship Development is the process of improving the skills & knowledge of Entrepreneurs through various training & class room programmes. The whole point of Entrepreneurship Development is to increase the number of Entrepreneurs.
The expert talk on “How to excel in my life and Career Path” is conducted by Prof.N.Ramesh, Head ED Cell to the students of Engineering and MBA students on 22-11-2018.He told about how to be confident, importance of volunteering, how to learn, and information seeker. He briefed about the AWAKE institution where the students can learn or get the training about entrepreneurship. He stressed upon the importance of learning the concepts which brings in confidence, enjoying learning, reading the books and seeking for information from all the alternative modes, building the leadership qualities. He enlightened us to become more intrapreneurial than becoming an entrepreneur.
He trained on building of entrepreneurial skills, how to be successful in life, how to manage money and make money, how to face a problem, how to develop self confidence; always follow the heart, questioning, reasoning.
He also briefed about the importance of ideation, innovation, idea generation, business plans & pitching.
He also elaborated on how to start a business, preparing the business plan, understanding contracts and minding the business.

He also advised to read the book “Stay foolish, stay hungry’, by Rashmi Bansal.
The Career Planning and development Program was held on 29th December 2018 by Mr.Uday Kumar, HR Manager, Fidelis. He shared his experiences about his career. He briefed about the following aspects.

About the Programme:
Eighth Alumni meet was held on 26th January 2019, headed by Dr. Balakrishna, Dean Alumni association, and Mr. Pavan Kumar K R, Dept. of EEE and member coordinators from all the departments. The function went on with great enthusiasm and spirit. The Alumni’s shared their views and gave few suggestion for the next meet.
Total 127 alumni’s from all the department attended the function and happily enjoyed the get together with their friends and teachers. They also promised to actively participate in the college and department events.
The President of Alumni association addressed the gathering. Later “SAMANVAYA” newsletter edition was released by our dignitaries. This news letter will tell the voice of alumni and other activities held, to be held in RRCE.

Guest Lecture was successfully conducted in the Department of mathematics, on 27th September 2018. The session was conducted by Dr. A.S. Chethan Professor, Department of mathematics, BMSIT, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Aiming to provide an intense training on teaching Mathematics at undergraduate Engineering level for the faculties. One day workshop on “Teaching strategies in Mathematics” held on 24/07/2018 at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, Department of Mathematics.
Dr. Ramesh B Kudenahatti , Professor, Bangalore University, Bangalore delivered a lecture on ‘Applications of Partial Differential Equations’. He shared his views in recent trends in research areas like Fluid mechanics, Fluid Dynamics. As there was a good interest among the participants. There were continuing discussions in between the lectures. The participants took keen interest in discussions and understanding the concepts of good practices as well as new techniques for solving the problems numerically.

26 Teams(100 students) from 3rd and 5th sem , CSE participated in the event. The chief guest for the expo was Dr. Punal M Arabi, Head of Bio Medical Department, ACS College of Engineering. Our honourable Rector , Dr. T. R Gopalakrishnan Nair, RRGI, also graced the occasion with his presence. Students exhibited projects based on different Technologies like IOT, Machine Learning, etc., The audience for the expo were from various departments. Four project teams won the cash prizes.

Tree Plantation programme was organized at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, through National Service Scheme Unit on 24-08-2018.
Tree Plantation programme was held in our college campus on 24th Aug 2018 at 11:00 AM. The students of 1st year students actively participated in the programme. Principal, Dept HOD’s, faculty, NSS Volunteers, students are plant saplings in our college premises. Our faculty had also explained about the trees and the importance of tree plantation. At the end of programme there was a photo session with Principal, faculty and students.
NSS Orientation Programme was organized at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering on 24-08-2018. Provide knowledge on NSS programmes, activities, organizning NSS camps and special camps. Impart comprehensive knowledge on youth development activities, Team Building, Leadership, Developmental issues, Disaster management, Village adoption. All first year students are participated in this event. NSS Unit, RRCE presented a video before the dignitaries and new comers about the programme and activities being done under the National Service Scheme.
Sadbhavana day was organized at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, through National Service Scheme Unit on 21-08-2018.
Sadbhavana literally means “Good Feelings” or “Good Will”. The main theme of Sadbhavana is to promote good will, national integrity and communal harmony among the people of India irrespective of caste, creed and religion. The theme is promoted by taking “Sadbhavana Day Pledge”.
