To be successful, an entrepreneur has to make difficult decisions and stand by them as a leader.
A great entrepreneur is aware of their strengths and weaknesses. Rather than letting shortcomings hold them back, they build well-rounded teams that complement their abilities.
Entrepreneurship is often associated with risk. While it’s true that launching a venture requires an entrepreneur to take risks, they also need to take steps to minimize it.
Entrepreneurship is a long-term endeavor, and entrepreneurs must focus on the process from beginning to end to be successful in the long run.
Successful entrepreneurs have a sense of curiosity that allows them to continuously seek new opportunities.

The day is highly important for the nation as it has been a victim of terror attacks for several years. Many people have died in various blasts in several metro and tier-II cities across India. In the last from past few decades, there was a rise in terror attacks.
But why do we observe this day on May 21? Well, it is because on this day, former prime minister Sri. Rajiv Gandhi was killed in a terrorist attack in 1991. It had shaken the world. At an election rally, the PM was assassinated by a suicide bomber of the LTTE at Sriperumbudur.
Anti-Terrorism Day marks the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Sri. Rajiv Gandhi. He was assassinated on 21 May 1991.
The objective of the day is to promote national harmony and unity among people of all caste, creeds, and sex. To spread awareness about the violence and disturbances caused by the terrorists. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be observed with precautions. We have given the ‘Anti-Terrorism Pledge” to the faculty members.
Every day we come to know about one terrorist act or another via newspaper or TV. Basically, the terrorists want to create fear in the minds of the common people. Without any remorse, they kill thousands of people because they don’t have any conscience.
It is necessary to propagate the message of humanity and peace. The Indian Government has taken the step of celebrating Anti-Terrorism Dayevery year to highlight the importance of fighting the activities of terrorism.
What are the objectives behind celebrating Anti-Terrorism Day?
• To spread the message of peace and humanity.
• To increase awareness among people about these terrorist groups and how they plan to strike the terror.
• To promote unity among the people by planting a seed of unity among the people.
• Also, educate and train the youngsters to prevent them from joining different terrorist groups.
• To generate awareness in the country about the danger of terrorism, violence, and its dangerous effect on the people, society, and the whole country.
