Dr. M. Karthikeyan is currently working as a Deputy Controller of Examinations and Professor in the Department of Robotics and Automation.
He started his teaching career as a lecturer in the year 1993 and has 32 years of teaching, which includes Head of Institution, Professor, Controller of Examinations under Autonomous Scheme, and research experience, serving three reputed engineering institutions in Tamil Nadu and presently in Bengaluru. He completed his Ph.D. in the field of Mechanical Engineering at Bharathiyar University, Tamil Nadu during

Overview: The Department of Physics was started in the year 2006 have highly qualified faculty members with ample
experience from Academics and Research. The department has well equipped laboratory. In a span of 7 years, the department has achieved good academic results along with research publications. The R&D center in Physics was established in the year 2013. Three recognized guides are effectively working in this center. Currently students are pursuing part time Ph.D. programme.

Sub. Lt. Dr. Thanuj Kumar M. presently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Robotics and Automation since 2024, having transferred from the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in polymer composites from VTU and M.Tech degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering in 2007 from Ghousia College of Engineering, Ramanagaram, both under VTU and also obtained his B.E. degree in 2002 from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.

Sunitha holds a bachelor degree in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering from Dayananda College of Engineering, Bangalore. She has done M.Tech in Electronics Engineeirng and Ph. D. in the area Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing. She has been serving the Electronics and Communication dept. since 20011. She was working at PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore, during 2007-20011. In associated with Rajarajeswari College of Engineering, since 2011 in various capacities as Assistant Professor in ECE Department, till 2022, Associate Professor in ECE department from 2022 and currently as a Head of the Department from September 2024,.She has carried out several projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing as well as in Embedded System.
Her areas of interest includes Image and signal processing, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded System and networks. She has numerous publications in national, international conferences and Journals. She is a fellow member of IETE, IAENG and IEEE. She enjoys in serving the community; arranged several activities for Govt. School children.
She completed AICTE RPS, Amount sanctioned 1.5 Lakhs and to conduct InternationalSeminar.Ref.No:70282/RFID/SG/POL-1/2013-14, dated:22/10/2013.

Prof. V Sreepathi

AMIE in Electronics & Communication from Institute of Engineers India (IEI), Calcutta, in year 1995, ME from Bangalore University, in Power Electronics in year 1999 and currently pursuing Ph.D in the area OFDMA from Andhra university, Visakhapatnam, India. Worked in various Engineering Colleges at various levels. Has 18 years of teaching experience. Published 1 paper in international journal, 10 papers in various international &amp: national conferences. Member in Professional bodies ISTE, IEI (I). Has good teaching experience specialized in power electronics,satellite communication, electronic circuits and signals and systems. Prepared AEC lab manual and Power Electronics Lab manual. Member in anti-ragging committee and cultural secretary in college level.

L. N. Das

He holds B.Sc. (Engg.) Electrical degree from National Institute of Technology, Patna ( Formerly Bihar college of Engineering, Patna University, Patna) and M.Tech. with specialization in Electronic Instrumentation from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, ( Formerly Regional Engineering College, Warangal-Osmania University, Hyderabad). He has around 48 years of professional experience in his career out of which one year in industry, twenty seven years in a National Laboratory of high repute under Council of Scientific and Industrial research, Government of India, engaged in various types of R & D activities, design and development in the areas of electronic instrumentation. He has to his credit for successful execution of various National and UNIDO assisted projects in the laboratory and also establishing instrument calibration facility. He was awarded UNIDO Fellowship for undergoing advanced training in the areas of Electronic Instrumentation in the United Kingdom for a period of six months. He has specialized experience of Electronic instrumentation systems in the field of high temperature material testing and development facility. He has more than twenty years of academic experience in various engineering colleges including NIT, and some of the private universities. He is life member of ISTE, MIETE, MIE, MISA( India branch) , MIIST ( India). He has attended more than twenty five national conference and three International conferences and presented papers. Presently he is working as Professor in the department of ECE, RRCE, Bangalore.
