Brief Profile

Dr. Sharma completed his Graduation in Civil Engineering and Post Graduation in Environmental Engineering from IIT, Roorkee. He was awarded a British Commission Scholarship to pursue the Ph. D at United Kingdom (U.K.) at the University of Birmingham which he successfully completed. He has worked extensively for Hon’ble High Courts and Supreme Court as third party investigator ( and as trouble shooter) in various Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by NGOs and others. As member Board of Studies at Dept of Environmental Sciences, Bangalore University, He has also been associated with International agencies such as GTZ, BORDA of Germany, in the various environmental fields .Presently he is working as Professor in Rajarajeswari College of Engineering Bangalore.
