Dr. N Sreenivasalu Reddy

Brief Profile

Dr. N Sreenivasalu Reddy is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean-R &D in the Department of Robotics and Automation Engineering at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering (RRCE), Bengaluru. He has been associated with the institution since August
2013, initially serving in the Department of Mechanical Engineering before joining the Department of Robotics and Automation Engineering.

He possesses 25 years of combined experience in academics, research, and industry. His areas of expertise include Fundamentals of Robotics and Automation, Robot Mechanics and Control, Computer-Aided Engineering Drawing (CAED), Computer Aided Machine Drawing (CAMD), Fluid and solid mechanics, Thermal management of electronic equipments and robot for agricultural Applications.

Dr. N Sreenivasalu Reddy, obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Kalpataru Institute of Technology, Tiptur, Bangalore University in the year 1999, and earned his Master of Technology in Thermal Power Engineering from Poojya Dodappa Appa College Engineering, Gulbarga, VTU, Belagavi in the year 2004. He was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from JNTU Hyderabad, Telangana in the year 2019.

Throughout his academic career, he has actively contributed to organizing and coordinating numerous academic and professional development activities. He has successfully coordinated 5 National Conferences, 25 Industrial Visits, 25 Technical Seminars, 10 Faculty Development
Programmes (FDPs), 10 Workshops, and 10 Orientation Programmes at RRCE.

His research contributions include the publication of 25 papers in reputed International Journals. He has filed and granted 14 patents and has also authored 2 books/book chapters.And Also he has translated 10 NPTEL courses in to Kannada and Telugu languages.

Dr. N Sreenivasalu Reddy has secured research grants amounting to ₹4.50 lakhs from various Government and Non-Government funding agencies. He has successfully guided more than 50 undergraduate (UG) and 10 Postgraduate (PG) projects and is currently supervising one Ph.D. research scholar under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU),Belagavi.

In addition, he has developed comprehensive Laboratory Manuals for the Computer aided modeling and design lab, Heat transfer Lab and Energy Conversion Lab, significantly contributing to laboratory instruction and outcome-based engineering education.
