    The workshop commenced with encouraging speech by Dr.P.Ebby Darney, HoD of EEE Department. The course started an engaging introduction to the fascinating world of robotics and Arduino programming by the Trainer. Participants gained insights into the principles of robotics and the basics of programming using the versatile Arduino platform. The day concluded with hands-on simulation exercises using Tinkercad, allowing attendees to visualize and experiment with their newly acquired knowledge.

    A special activity was conducted for the Students and faculties by our Chief Guest Mr.Sathiyan.M. The Students and faculties had their Photography session for about 40 mins. The benefits of the postures were narrated by the Chief Guest side by side as Students and Faculties performed with the instructions. All are participated eagerly by following the instructions.

    • In yoga there are many asanas which keeps our body fit and happiness in a day sir performed many asanas like pranayama. chakrasana, and many more .so this session was very useful and thought us many things about the yoga.
    • This session I learn’t many things and I am very thankful for this sir for conducting such session I am happy for it.

    • Industrial Visit to BAMUL on 06/02/2024 was a part of the MBA curriculum to the students to gain practical exposure directly by the industrial experts on the job. At BAMUL student were able to understand how a diary plant works with different divisions working towards achieving the same organizational goals. Students were able to understand the different working conditions at a diary plant for manufacturing different products such as cheese, regular milk and different kinds of milk power. The overall experience to the students plays a very vital role in preparing themselves for the future corporate life.
    • The Bangalore Dairy scattering over an area of 52 Acres of land, the Dairy had an initial capacity to process 50,000 liters of milk per day. Bangalore Dairy underwent a structural change in December 1975, handed over to Karnataka Dairy Development Corporation (KDDC). Rural Milk Scheme of Mysore, Hassan & Kudige Districts was started under Operation Flood-II and then transferred to Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) in May 1984 as a successor of KDDC. To cater to the growing demand for milk by the consumers of Bangalore City, the capacity was increased to 1.5 lakh liters per day under the Operation Flood-II during 1981 and later increased to 3.5 lakh liters per day under Operation Flood-III during 1994.

    • We not only discussed environmental pollution but also mental one.
    • Our students told in depth about small sources that cause pollution.
    • Such as CFC from refrigerator, or water pollution which is caused by throwing chocolate wrapper.
    • Our students told how far reaching the effects can be humans as well as animals, birds, fish, plants.
    • The Societal Project concluded by telling means to prevent it at personal level.
    • After completing the Presentation our students had done the Tree Plantation.

    Professional Societies for Engineers – 2023

    The Department of Basic Sciences organized an awareness session on “Professional Societies for Engineers” on 24th November 2023 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. in the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Conference Hall for the 1st Year B.E students. Dr.R.Balakrishna, Principal addressed about the benefits of Professional Societies for the perspective students. Resource Person Dr. L Rangaiah, Professor and Head, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, RRCE, explained the various International and National level Professional Societies and narrate the benefits of students membership in the professional society chapters and participating the events organized by the professional societies.. He highlighted the eligibility criteria to become a student member, membership fees, publications, events, awards, and scholarships offered by each society. He encouraged the students and the faculty members to join the societies and to actively participate in their activities. The session was attended by more than 650 first year B.E. students and faculty members from various departments such as CSE, ECE, EEE, ISE, CSD, R&A etc. Dr. A.S. Hariprasad, Prof. and Head, Dept. of Mathematics, organized the event, and the entire program was arranged and coordinated by the students.
