Brief Profile

Dr. Bheemeswara Reddy V is a seasoned academic and placement professional with over 21 years of experience spanning academia, administration, and industry. A Ph.D. holder from VTU Belagavi and MBA (Finance) graduate from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, he currently serves as Dean – Training & Placements at Raja Rajeswari Group of Institutions.
Earlier to this, he worked as Dean – Training & Placements in The Oxford College of engineering, where he has successfully increased placement percentages from 60% to 90% in the span of 3 years.

Previously, he was Training & Placement Officer and HOD (MBA) at Sri Sairam College of Engineering, demonstrating expertise in student mentoring, corporate relations, and improving campus hiring outcomes. His industrial background includes five years as Accounts Executive at Venus Elevator Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Reddy has presented and published numerous papers nationally and internationally and holds two patents. His leadership and contributions have earned multiple recognitions, including Best Placement Officer Award (2017) and Bharat Vikas Award (2017). His interests include finance, human resources, and student development, and he is known for building strong industry connections and fostering employability skills among students
