Students Win Best Paper Award at RICAT 2025

The Department of Robotics & Automation, Rajarajeswari College of Engineering (RRCE), is proud to announce the remarkable achievement of our students at the National Conference on Recent Innovations and Challenges in Aviation Technology (RICAT 2025) held on 4th December 2025 at ACS College of Engineering (ACSCE), Bengaluru.

secured the Best Paper Award under the category Structural Design and Composite Materials.
Their award-winning project,
“Worm-like Locomotion and Flexible Mesh Robot”,
showcased innovative engineering, creativity, and a strong understanding of emerging robotic mechanisms.
The project was guided by Dr. Radhakrishna R. K., Associate Professor, Department of Robotics & Automation, whose mentorship significantly contributed to the success of the team.
This achievement highlights the department’s commitment to fostering research excellence, innovation, and practical problem-solving skills among students.
