Rajarajeswari College of Engineering (RRCE), in association with the Rotaract Club, organized a seminar titled “Beyond the Resume” on 26th September 2026 at the Seminar Hall, First Floor, RRCE.
The seminar focused on helping students understand that building a successful career goes beyond having an impressive resume. It highlighted the importance of developing skills, gaining meaningful experience, building confidence, identifying opportunities, and cultivating the right professional mindset.
The session was led by IPDRR Rtr. Rtn. Janice Philip, SAP EWM Consultant and District Rotaract Representative 2025–26, Bengaluru. Through valuable insights and practical perspectives, the session encouraged students to prepare themselves for the evolving demands of the professional world and make informed career choices.
The seminar provided students with an opportunity to explore essential career-development strategies, strengthen their professional outlook, and understand the importance of continuous learning, networking, and personal growth.
