The Department of Basic Science, Rajarajeswari College of Engineering (RRCE), successfully organized the Science Project Expo – 2026 on 30th May 2026 at the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Hall, RRCE Campus.

The event served as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their innovative science projects, creative research ideas, and technological advancements. The expo reflected the institution’s commitment towards encouraging scientific thinking, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning among students.

The theme of the event, “Bringing Creativity, Technology & Research Together,” was effectively demonstrated through a wide range of student projects focusing on science, healthcare technologies, engineering applications, and future-oriented solutions.The program was honored by the presence of Mr. Sreenatha Rathnakumar, Scientist/Engineer, SG, Human Rating Certification Group, ISTRAC / ISRO, Bengaluru, who attended as the Resource Person. His valuable insights and interaction with students motivated participants to pursue research, innovation, and technological excellence.

Students enthusiastically participated in the expo and presented innovative models and concepts demonstrating creativity, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. The event also provided an opportunity for knowledge exchange, teamwork, and practical exposure beyond classroom learning.

The management, faculty members, and organizing committee appreciated the efforts of all participants and congratulated the prize winners for their outstanding performances.

The Science Project Expo – 2026 concluded successfully with active participation and overwhelming appreciation from students, faculty, and guests.
