The Department of Management Studies, Rajarajeswari College of Engineering (RRCE) organized an Alumni Talk on “Professional Skills and Industry Expectations” for 2nd and 4th Semester MBA students on 29th June 2026 at the Seminar Hall, 6th Floor.
The session was delivered by Ms. Sujatha Patra, Alumna (Batch: 2019–2021) and Senior Finance Executive, Melorra, who shared valuable insights into industry expectations, professional competencies, workplace ethics, and career development.The interactive session provided students with practical exposure to current corporate practices and motivated them to develop the skills required to excel in today’s competitive business environment.
The programme was coordinated by Mrs. S. Sushma Rawath, Assistant Professor & Alumni Coordinator, Department of MBA, under the guidance of Dr. Lakshmi B.L., Associate Professor & Head, Department of MBA, and Dr. R. Balakrishna, Principal.
