The Department is committed to delivering comprehensive placement and career development support to its students. Beyond facilitating employment opportunities during the course of study, the Department focuses strongly on enhancing students’ long-term employability through well structured, industry-oriented training programs and continuous personality development initiatives. These efforts are designed to prepare students to confidently meet the expectations and challenges of the corporate world.
The Placement Cell regularly organizes seminars, workshops, group discussions, aptitude training sessions, and mock interviews as integral components of career guidance and personality development. These activities aim to equip students with essential professional, communication, and interpersonal skills required for successful careers.
The Placement Cell is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure to meet corporate recruitment requirements. Facilities include a main seminar hall with a seating capacity of over 400 participants, more than 450 LANconnected computer systems, a discussion lounge, a boardroom, and dedicated rooms for group discussions and personal interviews. This robust infrastructure enables the Cell to efficiently conduct large-scale recruitment drives and related activities. The Placement Cell continuously strives to achieve its core objective: “To create future leaders who contribute to nation-building with strong values, ethics, and social responsibility.”
Training and Development Programs are conducted for both students and faculty members in a systematic and phased manner, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and alignment with evolving industry needs. The institution maintains strong and active industry connections, with several reputed national and international organizations regularly visiting the campus to conduct placement and recruitment activities. Prominent recruiters include Storeys, Capgemini, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HP, Siemens, Robert Bosch, L&T Infotech, IBM, KPMG, Microland, Sonata Software, , Tech Mahindra, , Accenture, HCL, Anasol, Zopping, Diggibyte Technologies, Gisul Software, Vtiger Technologies, Assa Abloy, Maventic, Stratogent, HDFC Life, PRDC and So on.

Mission
The Training and Placement Team of RRCE is dedicated towards achieving 100% placements and leaves no stone unturned in preparing Recruitment schedule of the year by inviting HR Teams of different corporates to ensure the smooth functioning of the Campus-Recruitment process. Meanwhile, numerous Training programs, Workshops, Seminars, Industry interactions, and also industry visits are conducted parallely with Regular one-on-one counseling for betterment of the students facing difficulties in interviews. Faculty Development Programs are conducted concentrating on 360 degree improvement in student performance through the skill development of the faculty. The Entrepreneurship Development area also is encouraged & monitored with the view making Job-Creators apart from Job-Seekers.
